Thank you 2019 for such heart-breaking and nerve-racking experiences. I realized that bad stuff never stop happening so let’s just make this 2020 a breakthrough year. This time, I will do all I can to avoid distractions, overcome procrastination and just work hard towards my goals. I know that setting goals and the road towards it won’t always run smoothly. So by the end of 2020, I promise myself to stay motivated no matter what and hopefully I was able to achieve these things:
Build a successful career Even if I was being perceived as too young or too inexperienced for some, I will work hard and prove them wrong. As long as I'm not hurting anyone, I'm free to do whatever I want. I will continue striving for greatness and won't let someone else dictate my future. Manage a healthier lifestyle Huge number of people out there fails to achieve a healthier lifestyle. But I believe that as long as you have plans to better yourself, that's perfectly alright. This year, l will keep my fingers crossed tightly for me to be able to reach my weight goal. I will push myself to limit sugar intake, reduce carbs, eat less junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink adequate amounts of water and exercise at least twice per week. Make more meaningful blog content I admit that there are days that I feel uninspired to write. My brain feeling burnt out and I don’t feel like doing anything. But I guess it’s normal. Everyone needs to recharge to get their creative juices flowing. And I hope this year I manage to create quality, more relevant and engaging content that can inspire people. Lesser, but more meaningful trips Travelling always has an enormous impact in my life. I became more confident, inspired, cultured and appreciative for the life I have. Every year, I always aim to travel to places that I've never been before. And hopefully this 2020, I can tick another dream destination off my bucket list! Get into the habit of saving more money It seems like saving money is so so haaard and I certainly agree with that! I’m not getting any younger and I really wish to save more money this 2020. It’s time for me to track and cut down my expenses and further prioritize what I need. I know it’s easy to say that but it’s so difficult to put in action. But I will start slowly and try my best to consistently save every salary cut-off. Always remain respectful towards your parents Let’s be honest. Sometimes it’s too hard to understand our parents but I swear they are always right. Your parents will never ever abandon you so always treat them with so much love and respect. This year, I will be more careful with what I say and treat them with kindness they deserve. Get closer to God There are so many happenings in my life and God never left me alone. I will put extra effort to improve my prayer life and by doing things that will reflect my faith towards Him. Such as regularly attending masses, reading spirituality books and most importantly, helping others wholeheartedly. If you just keep grinding and truly trusting His process, nothing’s impossible. So set your goals high and make them happen. So thrilled to see how my 2020 goes! Happy New Year everyone!

Another year went by sooo fast! It has been really a tough one but I’ve learned a lot. This year, I had missed many great opportunities. My motivation suddenly keeps dwindling to the things that I used to do. I made terrible decisions and messed everything up. But sincerely, 2018 wasn’t that bad so far. I have traveled to few of my dream destinations and it was a pretty surreal experience - Thailand, Taiwan, Cebu and Bohol. Last August, my brother just got married and I seriously can't wait to see what my first nephew looks like! Hahaha. Also after so many years, finally we are complete on the Holidays! So how can it be a bad year, right? And just today, I’m sitting down and thinking of a year-ender blog entry. I realized that sometimes I forget to appreciate the little things in life. I tend to complain and fail to remember that it’s the small things that matter the most. It really made me reflect and listed the things that I’m thankful for in 2018. ThailandTaiwanCebuBoholThe Opportunity To Travel 2018 was definitely an amazing year of travel. So lucky to have visited places I never imagined I would go to. And I really can’t wait to travel again this 2019! Great Group Of Friends I don’t need many friends, just the real ones! Thank you guys for being spontaneous and my go-to friends! #KaladkarinTrio Buddy (Rufus) Thanks for being our source of stress relief. Just live healthy, and live longer. We love you, Rufus! Supportive Family I just can’t find words to express how grateful I am for having these people in my life. It may sound cliché but yeah, when you feel like the world is against you, your family will always be there for you. Thank you so much for putting up with my tantrums & mood swings! Hahaha! Gift Of Life
Thank you, Lord for allowing me to experience everything. It may have been a long rough road, but I can say that 2018 was indeed a year of growth! Life is so damn beautiful. So be thankful for small things, big things, and everything in between. Cannot wait to see what 2019 has in store for me. I’m sooo ready for you! Happy New Year everyone! Today’s my birthday and I feel very much excited! So many amazing memories made in the past years and I can’t wait for more! Life is undeniably the most wonderful gift I have received. And I’m truly beyond blessed for being surrounded by such awesome and incredible people. And at 23, I’m really trying my best to step out of my comfort zone and to tick off a few on my bucket list. So with that, I made a list of 10 things to look forward on my 23rd.
1. Start A Healthy Lifestyle 2. Get Back Into Dancing 3. Invest In A New Camera Gear 4. Make More Meaningful Blog Content 5. Create More Travel Videos 6. Get Invited & Attend Blogger Events 7. Go Sky Diving, Parasailing, Surfing & Scuba Diving 8. Cross Off A Few On My Dream Destinations 9. Save Money 10. To Be Independent & Self-Reliant This year has been a hell of a roller-coaster ride. I’ve been through so many things. Some were really good, some were unbearably bad. I’ve experienced a lot of discouragement, constant feeling of frustration and a little self-doubt. Despite of everything I’ve been through, I’m still grateful for those whom I’ve met along the way for shaping me into the person I am today. So let me provide you a short list of 7 things that this year 2017 has taught me.
1. Live Life With No Regrets Simply live the life you’ve always wanted. Stop letting others control you. Time is really precious so do whatever makes you happy before it’s too late. Be with the people you love, lighten up and just enjoy life! 2. Let Go Of Toxic People It’s undeniably hard to cut ties with someone you’ve been close once with. But if this is only the way for you to set your mind at ease then it’s the right decision. Don’t worry about what others might say. Just get rid of all the negativity and move forward. 3. Trust No One But Yourself You can actually be friends with anyone. But please, don’t trust people way too easily. At one point in time, the one who you trusted the most will possibly let you down. And in the end, all you have is yourself. No one will ever save your ass. Always bear that in mind. 4. Sometimes It’s Okay To Be Alone Being alone doesn’t mean you’re lonely. There are times that you opt to take a break from everyone and everything. Getting some downtime means to focus more on yourself and your goals. Give yourself a little more credit and be a better you. 5. There’s Totally Nothing Wrong With Being Single If you’re single for too long, don’t you ever feel bad. Just do everything you can’t do once you’re married. Appreciate yourself more than you do and set your goals higher. And when the right time comes, fully embrace it and live your best life! 6. Always Choose Family Over Friends Friends may come and go but family will last forever. No matter how many ups and downs you’ll go through, your family will never ever leave you. 7. Trust God At All Times Whatever you’re experiencing right now, always keep your hopes up high. Everything your heart desires will come to you in His perfect time. Nothing’s impossible if you just put your heart and soul into what you do. This year has been a bit rocky but there’s still so much to be thankful for. I’m really excited for what 2018 has in store for me. Every second of your life is truly a treasure so live the life the way you want to live it. Cheers to making new friends and making more wonderful memories! Happy New Year everyone! |
